Initially, due to funding limitations, rather than thinking to hire teachers, who can only create a limited set of videos, consider drawing from YouTube and other online sources (such as test prep examples, taken on their websites), and populating our website with embedded videos, using the YouTube API and my video page-writer. Educational use, and free on YouTube already, saves a lot of time, and yet offers great content.
Therefore, not seek to hire teachers, nor need live classes, but rather need a few bright people that can differentiate YouTube channels and follow related links until they uncover the goldmines that exist. Not limited to YouTube channels, but also examples of test-prep on other sites, language learning, Quizlet, animated Applets like Skritter, games, free apps, and other learning tools in all forms. Start not as an information producer, nor teaching website like Khan Academy or Byjus, but rather as an information aggregator, like Yuantiku.
